Description

Tuna casserole is a casserole principally made with Canned tunaandpasta, with corn and canned peas sometimes added. The dish is regularly topped with corn flakes, potato chips, breadcrumbs, or canned fried onions.Tuna casserole is one of the common dishes in some parts of the US, prepared with nonperishable pantry ingredients

Ingredients

1/2 Kg of fresh tuna
1 zucchini
2 eggplants
1/2 dozen tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 purple onion
Chopped dill
Oregano
Thyme
Chopped parsley
Olive oil
Salt
Flour to coat
Leftover Bread

Grease a refractory mold

Mix all cooked tuna macaroni ingredients with vegetables and mushroom cream.
